Panel Manufacturing
Following detailed consultations with manufacturers or end-users, project development services are offered for the design of new machinery or the creation of a system's electrical infrastructure. PLC Panels
PLC automation systems have become the preferred choice in many modern applications due to their ability to eliminate human errors and allow control with minimal personnel. These systems are widely used in various machines and products designed for different purposes, such as gypsum, cement, mining, crushing-screening plants, and hydroelectric and thermal power generation facilities.
Compensation Panels
A compensation panel is an enclosure that contains devices, capacitors, and measuring instruments required to correct the power factor of a facility. Inductive loads (such as motors, transformers, ballasts, etc.) also draw reactive power. Generating reactive power as close as possible to the point of demand has significant benefits in terms of ensuring the optimal operation of the electrical system.
MCC Panels
These are panels designed to enable the control of motors and pumps either automatically or manually, from a remote or local location. Within the system, the feeding and control of motors are carried out through MCC panels. MCC panels contain the main power supply units and the equipment required for control. Additionally, they include the necessary communication infrastructure for PLCs, centralized automation, and SCADA systems. The system automatically protects field motors and all electrical equipment against voltage drops and surges.
